LUZON: Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Laguna, Mountain Province, Rizal, Zambales. Low and medium elevation shallow lakes, quiet streams, and sometimes in rice paddies. On Mt Data ascending to 2100m. Note by P.B. Pelser (3-Jan-20): Also considered a synonym of Nymphoides hydrophylla (Lour.) Kuntze, but kept separate here awaiting further study.

LUZON: Benguet, Cagayan, Laguna, MINDORO, BOHOL, MINDANAO. Low and medium elevation shallow lakes and quiet streams, ascending to 1500m.
